On February 18, 2018, our beloved James Edward Gaitor "Jimmy" passed away due to an extended illness.  God decided it was time for another one of His angels to come home.  Jimmy also known as "Gaitor" was born on March 10, 1962.  He attended McKinley Senior High School.  He had a passion for sports and nice cars.  He enjoyed watching the Cincinnati  Bengals, and spending quality time with his family; especially his two sons, grandchildren and nephews.  He was very dedicated to his family and friends.  Jimmy was preceded in death by his beloved son Jamar Edward Johnson, Sr., his devoted dad Excell Alexander, Sr.; father, Clayborne Jones; grandmothers, Martha Mary Moore and Lou Emma Backie, and his brother-in-law Desse Sales.  He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his son Jermaine Edward who he affectionately referred to as "Mainey" (Sharea) Gaitor; his mother, Maggie Alexander; brother, Excell Alexander II; sisters, Stephanie Brodgon, Arlene Alexander Sales, Michelle A. (Ronald L.), Anthony and Chantay Smith; his precious grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Jamar, Ivan, Justin and Ja'laya; very special friend Rachel Castle; special aunts, Regina Moore and Lillie Moore; special nephews, Excell Alexander III, Kavon Alexander; god-mother, Janice Hubbard and a host of other special relatives and friends.
