On August 19, 2013, our beloved, Jamar E. Johnson passed away unexpectedly. God decided it was time for one of His angels to come home Jamar was born on June 15, 1938. He attended Timken High School and later received his diploma. He was currently pursuing a degree in Business Management at Stark State Technical College. He was an avid sports fan, an excellent athlete, and a basketball coach. He enjoyed riding his bike, fishing and other outdoor activities. He had a passion for old cars. Jamar was a devoted father and family man.
Jamar was preceded in death by his grandparents, Excell Alexander Senior(who raised him), John Owens, great grandmothers, Martha Mary Moore and Low Emma Backie.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his father, James E. Gaitor; mother, Tangi Johnson; grandmothers, Maggie Alexander (who raised him), Umbal Jean Owens; his brothers, Jermaine Gaitor (Sharea Jenkins), whom he loved very much, Justin Johnson and Joshua Johnson; fiancée, Nyeisha Broyles; son, Jamar E. Johnson and Ny'zhrae whom he loved as his own; nieces, Ja'Laya Gaitor, Amar and Jochayla Johnson; nephews, Ivan Gaitor and Justin Johnson; a special cousin, Kavon Alexander and a host of aunts, uncles, and other cousins; best friend, Andrew Parrish; special friends, Marcus, Cory, Jeff, Troy, Lamar and many other special friends.
Jamar will be sadly missed by his family and friends; even more so by his grandmother, Maggie. Jamar, there are no wors to describe how we will miss your contagious smile and your good nature!
