Jack, age 9, went to Heaven on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.  Born on November 12, 2011, Jack was the son of Donna Davis and Dana Hailey (father).

Jack was a long hair Chihuahua and the best service dog that anyone could ever ask for.  He definitely did his job. He loved to go outside and to wear his coats, hats, and shoes. To say the least, he was the best dressed doggy on the block.  Jack will be deeply missed, by all who knew and loved him.

Jack will be greeted in Heaven with a leash in hand by his grandmother, Consuella Watkins.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory his parents, Donna and Dana; brother, Kobe; sister, Ivy; (2) nephews, Goldie and Puff, as well as a host of family and friends (human & doggy).
