Illya McGee, 52, departed this life unexpectedly on Thursday, June 30, 2022. Illya was born on July 5, 1969 to the late Dale Jean McGee and J.H. McGee in Chicago, Illinois. Illya was a 30 year employee for Oriana House Inc., serving as Vice President of Programs. He was also a 15 year Assistant Coach for Boys Basketball at St. Vincent St. Mary High School. He leaves to mourn his devoted wife, Victoria JaNeen; daughters, Aliyah Victoria and Amya JaNeen; sister, Makeba (Terry) of Chicago, Illinois; brothers, Willie (Sara) and Patrick of Akron, Ohio; mother-in-law, Vivian Walker; sister-in-law, Natoya Walker-Minor (Bishop Tony Minor) all of Cleveland, Ohio; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, friends, and his brothers for life crew.
