Herby Duane Watson, was born on April 28, 1951 in Akron, Ohio; to the late Herbert and June Watson. He was a life-long resident of the Akron area. On March 22, 2021; Herby transitioned from his earthly home into eternal life.

Herby attended Akron Public Schools. He later attended trade school and obtained as an electrician and an auto mechanic. Herby was a "jack of all trades!" From catching, cutting and frying fish (white bass specifically); to rebuilding engines; to hanging ceiling fans; to restoring electrical services during power outages.

In addition to his hobbies, he was a loving and devoted father and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing with his children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, as well as surrogate kids. His current past time was couponing. Once he acquired his rhythm, he had no problem with sharing his items and teaching others how to coupon. Herby was will and open to teach anyone about mechanics, fishing and any knowledge he had acquired.

Herby is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and June Watson; his daughter Markeetah Monique, his brothers Jimmy Ray and Tyrone Watson. He leaves to love and cherish his memory, the mother of his younger children, Rebecca Bingman; his sons, Antwon Duane, Herby Michael and Myron Maurice, all of Akron, Ohio; his daughters, Alice Marie of Bishopville, SC, Jacyah Marie and Rebecca Cirriah, both of Akron, OH .  Herby is also survived by his 3 sisters, Renata Watson, Aneta (Hayward) Manning and Tracy Watson of Akron, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
