Gwendolyn Jordan, 80, went home to be with the Lord on September 10, 2017.  She was surrounded by her beloved family.  Gwen was born in Canton, OH and became a life-long resident of the Akron community.   She was a faithful member of St Ashworth Temple C.O.G.I.C Gwen was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Gwendolyn Early.  She leaves to cherish her memory beloved husband; Elder Henry Jordan, Jr., son; Henry W. Jordan, daughters; Barbara (Russell) Vardiman, and Gloria Jordan, devoted sister; Madeline Early, adored granddaughter, Melissa Edwards and great-granddaughter Liliana Ogunyemmi, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
