Gearldine "Suggamomma" Lewis, age 101, passed away on January 22, 2015 at the age of 101. She was born December 9, 1913. She spent the majority of her life as a caregiver. She was a retired LPN and the owner/operator of Lewis' Group Home for over 40 years. She was a member of St. Benedict Church for 50 years. She is preceded in death by her husband Abner Lewis as well as her children Jody  (a.k.a. Sonny) Cunningham and Pearl West. She leaves to cherish her loving memory her children; Bernice Stevenson, Joe Lewis, Tansia (Grady) Jeter, Charles (Juanita) Lewis, and Shirley Lewis as well as a host of grand children, and other relatives.
