Frank Johnson age 78 departed this life on Thursday, July 2, 2015. In addition to his parents Calvin and Helen (White) Johnson, Frank was preceded in death by his brother Robert, sisters Christine and Jacqueline, his daughter Mikaela Threasa Parker.  Frank served in the United States Air Force and retired from Republic Steel with 42 years of service. Frank leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife Margaret Johnson; daughters Beverly Gainer and Cherie (Pastor Maurice Clark) Johnson-Clark; son Frank Douglas Johnson; brother James Johnson of Columbus, Ohio, special nephew Marvin (Kim) Johnson, son-in-law Michael (Lynda) Parker;  One aunt Mrs. Lillie Johnson and daughter-in-law Kelly Johnson; 9 grandchildren Michael Christian (Julie), Matthew (Anitra), and Mordecai Parker; Janese Adams, Zabrina, Mikaela and  Frank Elijah Johnson; Maurice Duron and Amber Clark; 8 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, others relatives and friends. Calling hours will be held at Union Baptist Church, 413 Cornelia Ave. N.E., Canton, Ohio on Thursday July 9th from 6-8 PM and Friday, July 10th from 10-11 AM with the funeral beginning at 11:00 AM, Pastor Sherman Martin Eulogizing.  Friends and family will be received at 547 Marietta Ave. N.E., Canton, Ohio.
