Francine Cherry, affectionately known as Franny to her family and friends, passed away on August 19, 2021 at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Medical Center.  Francine was born on January 24, 1957, in Canton, Ohio, to the late George and Daisy Cherry.

In addition to her parents Francine was preceded in death by her daughter Adawona Lenà Cherry, and son Anthony Allen Jr.

Francine graduated from McKinley Sr. High School in 1976.  She moved to Oklahome in 1977, where she loved horses and had a black stallion called Black Lightening and two Dobermans.  Francine moved back to Canton in 1981.  Francine held various jobs to take care of her family.  Later in life Franny spent her time watching sports, socializing with friends, and living life loving all of her children.  She adored her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them, they were her pride and joy.

Francine will be lovingly cherished and remembered by her sons Kenneth Allen Cherry and Justen Kris Cherry both of Canton, Ohio; brother, Albert J. Martin of Orient, Ohio; grandchildren, K'Len, Justen, Anthony, Kylie, Auna, Madison, Jaila, Nayaijah, and Kenaz; niece, Althea Lynn Wilcoxon; great niece, Capri M. Rhodes both of South Carolina, as well as a host of special sons, other relatives, and friends.
