Frances Mae Harvey was born January 7, 1939, in Pennsylvania to Elwood and Anna Lee Harvey. She was called home on May 18, 2024.

She was the fourth of five children. Frances's enjoyment came from helping people, which led to a career in the healthcare field. She worked as a nursing assistant for many years. Frances genuinely loved life to the fullest through simple pleasures, chatting with her family and friends.

We all know that her favorite thing to do was to host card parties and to make sure she got her cut. She loved to have fun with her family and friends.

Frances married her devoted husband Timothy (Choice) Franklin on September 26,1998. They enjoyed 25 years of blissful marriage together.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Elwood, and Anna Harvey; sisters, Lilian, and Gloria Harvey; brother, Gilbert Harvey; and daughter Sherrie Harvey.

She leaves to cherish her memories, husband, Timothy Franklin; daughter, Terrie Hope Harvey; son, Lamar Q. Jones Sr, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; sister, Nellie Ingol; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
