Felicia Starling affectionately known as, "Fee Fee" or "Fee" born October 3, 1973 in Cleveland, OH but always considered Akron, her home, Annie Lois and Harold Starling. Felicia went to home to be with the Lord on March 2, 2024.

As a child, Felicia graduated from East High School in Cleveland after graduating high school she finished her education at  East Tech College and achieved her associates degree in Administration Assisting.

Felicia was always known for her funny personality, she loved music from Tupac to Gerald Levert, she loved to sing even though she couldn't, but you couldn't tell her that. And most of all she was a loving mother to her two beautiful daughters.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Harold Starling.

Felicia leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Annie Louis Starling; sister; Janet Starling, brother; Toney Davis and daughters Shanaysha Starling (30), Jar'Vae Starling 28, and special Nephew LeDerris Starling and a host of family and friends.

She will truly be missed.
