Faye M. Calhoun was born April 8, 1952 in Akron, Ohio. She was a US Army veteran.  She was the second daughter of  Rebecca Calhoun and Homell Calhoun Sr.  Her two siblings were Romona Calhoun (preceded in death), Homell Calhoun Jr. and Paul Rodgers.  Faye was a graduate of the Akron Public School system.  She was an accomplished interior designer, very creative and a lover of life.  She loved to travel and she loved the ocean. Faye was preceded in death by her sister, Ramona Calhoun and her father, Homell Calhoun Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory, mother Rebecca Calhoun-James; brothers Homell Calhoun Jr. and Paul Rodgers; nieces Montoya Weir,  Rebecca and Barbara Calhoun; nephews, Forrest Webb, Homell Calhoun III, Nicholas Calhoun, Nile Rogers, Telia Rogers, Osmar Calhoun, Melvin Calhoun; and a host of other family and friends.
