Eloy Anthony Lopes passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 26, 2021.  He was born April 24, 1969 in Canton, Ohio to the late Eloy Sr. and Helen Lopes.

After graduating from McKinley High School, Eloy served in the United States Navy and traveled all over and received his Masonry Certification.

He was engaged to his soul-mate, Andrea Otani and they had planned to marry in May 2020, however due to COVID the wedding was postponed.

Eloy loved hanging out with his boys "The Wranglers", his friends/brothers since childhood.  He was known for his sense of fashion and style…the clothes, shoes, coats, jewelry and accessories.  He stayed "FOXY".  He could make anybody laugh.  If you were around him, you were laughing!

Eloy leaves to cherish his memories his fiancée, Andrea Otani; his children: Eletzah Lopes, Eloy Lopes Jr., Christian Lopes, Zyrieana Hubbard and Elon Lopes; grandson, Kamren; brother, Larry (Darlene) Compton; sisters, Leslie Compton and Margo Lopes, as well as a host of loving aunts, uncles, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, his Wrangler family and a multitude of friends.
