The late Elizabeth Annette Barkley was born in Akron, Ohio on December 28, 1968. to Donald and Shirley Barkley. She departed this earthly life at the age of 55 on March 5, 2024.

Elizabeth graduated from Firestone High School. She was a home care provider for many years. She loved to gamble, cook and be around family. She was also a nature person, who loved and cherished her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her special cousin, Shelly Rodgers.

Her surviving family includes her mother, Shirley Barkley of Akron; father, Donald (Sandra) Barkley of Arizona; cherished children, son, Michael Williams, Jr.; two daughters, Shabria Williams and Jeni'A Barkley all of Akron; special niece, Marisa (Reese) Williams; sisters, Spring Opara of California, Yvonne (Phil) Fredrick, Diana (Doug) Melton, Darlene Clemons all of Akron, Michelle Barkley of Canada, and Kristen Barkley of Arizona; grandchildren, Michael Williams lll, True Williamson, Cyre Brooks and Mirrah Brooks all of Akron; special lifelong partner, Troy Jones; special friends, Sherry Beard, Simone Brunner and Banita; special aunt, Wilma Hill; special cousin, Sam Smith; and a host of many other relatives and friends.
