Eddie N. Lewis Jr. was born on October 8, 1948 to his parents, Jewell and the late Eddie Nathan Lewis Sr. The Lord called him home on January 15, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie N. Lewis Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 25 years, Phylls C. Lewis; his mother, Jewell Lewis; six children, Eddie III (Kathy), Donta, Farrah, Frank, Eboni, Tonya(Lamont) all of Akron, OH; two sisters, Glenda Poole of Akron, OH and Patricia (Cleophus) Poole of St. Louis, MI; eighteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; two uncles; one aunt; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The Home Going service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2016 at 12 p.m. at Rhoden Memorial Home 1101 Palmetto Ave., Akron, Ohio 44306.
