Duane J. Walker, age 62, went home to be with the Lord on October 21, 2017. Duane graduated from Canton McKinley High School ( Bulldogs). He retired from Akron Canton Airport after a number of years of service.  Preceded in death by his granddaughter Jaden Hardman; his parents Nathaniel Joe Walker, Sr. and Lucille (Torrence) Walker; sister, Tanya; brother, Nathaniel Walker, Jr.; sister, Carol J. Ede.  Survived by his children Judd D. (Stephanie) Walker of Coshocton, Ohio,Tana (Doug) Hardman of Marion, Ohio, Miracle L.L. Walker of Canton, Ohio, Roderick (Shermaine) Sumter of Oneonta, Alabama; brothers, Mickey (Lori) Walker, Doak (Yolanda) Walker, Sr. all of Canton, Ohio; sisters, Anna Brydie, Shirley Henderson, Sherry (Michael) Gravely, Sr. all of Canton, and Karen (Elder Michael) Rudolph of Massillon; (11) grand children, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
