Diamond T. Smith was born on December 20, 1990 in Akron, Ohio. He passed away on June 5, 2018 at the age of 27. He is preceded in death by his mother, Albertha (Squeaky) Slaughter; father, Jasper Mitchell. He is survived by his son, Diamond T. Smith Jr; mother, Lynda (Samuel) Smith; grandmother, Ethel Smith; aunt, Carol McDaniel and a host of other loving family and friends.
