De' Angelo "D Boy" Foster was born November 18, 1990 in Akron, Ohio to Angela Cooper and Arthur N. Foster Jr.  De'Angelo was the baby boy of 5.  Siblings Akita, Arthur, Daniella and Iyiesha.

From a young age De'Angelo was raised in the church.  De' Angelo was baptized and filled with the holy ghost at Ebenezer Apostolic Assembly.

De'Angelo had many different nicknames throughout the years Pooh, Poohbear, poop-a-dup but was best known as D Boy.  D boy had a passion for music.  He could rap and sing.  He created a movement Team TLC.  He was always the life of the party.  He started a record label named TLC ENT in honor of his late brother Juan Lil Cuz.  D Boy also created Nohandout Gang; which is a group of him and other artist creating music.

D Boy had a heart of gold, and he would help anyone that needed help.  Family was his #1 priority. He was a momma's boy and it broke his heart when she passed.

D Boy could cook of course and he famous dish was potato salad.  He was a big nigga and he loves to eat (do the belly dance, do the belly dance.)  Which was one of his impromptu songs.  He could make a song about anything.  One thing about D Boy if he was going somewhere he had to be dope.  If he didn't have a new fit, he wasn't coming.

D Boy was the funniest.  He could make you laugh at anything and most of the time it was at the wrong time.  He laughed and smiled all the time.

De'Angelo and Laniesce has one son Daemere Bitting which means the world to him and he leaves him to cherish his memory.  If you knew D Boy you know he loved each and every one of his nephews and nieces.  Many called him brother, Uncle D, cousin, nephew, and friend.

Proceeded in death by Great grandmother Nathalie Hollingsworth, Grandmother Lillian Cooper, Grandfather George Cooper, Mother Angela Cooper and brother Juan Hogg II.   He leaves to cherish his memories son Daemere.  Father Arthur Jr.  Stepfather Anthony "Pops" Reid.  Uncle Dekhary.  Siblings Akita, Arthur (Tyra), Daniella, Iyiesha, Nautica, Sierra, Sidney, V'chaun, Richard, Chris, Alex, Marshayla, Keiasia, Devin and Lovely. Nieces and Nephews Richard II, Kalyana, Sirvonte, Alijah, Onaisha, Artez, Ja'Kyiah, Ja'Kylinn, Zy'Aire, Issac, Talent and Arthur Jr.  Closet friends who were his brothers Lavonta Bethune, De'Montae Veal, Darnell Lawson and Sergio Davis.   Special friend Amber Riechers and her childen Malik, Tyrek, Cortez, and.Tavion "TJ".
