Darnetta Chapman, went home to be with the Lord on July 24, 2017. She was 48 years old. Darnetta was born on January 4, 1969 to the late Dewitt Chapman and Jeanette Turneur.  Darnetta was the beloved sister of Twilla Chapman and Brandon Chapman. She was born in Akron, Ohio and was a product of Akron Public School System. She was the proud mother of two loving sons, Alonza James Street IV and Rashard James. She worked for Roush's Market and other reailers for years. Netta was an avid shoppe and she really loved spending time with family and friends playing cards. She had a smile that would light up a room. Darnetta fought the "Good Fight" and was an inspiration to all who knew and loved her. Danetta is preceded in death by her father, Dewitt Chapman; and two nephews, Jason Clark and Eric Deaire Mitchell. She is survived by her mother, Jeanette (Michael) Turneur; sister, Twilla Chapman; brother, Brandon Chapman; sons, Alonza Street IV and Rashard James; granddaughter, Trinity and grandson, Tre; special nephew, Eric (Eureka) Mitchell; special niece, Erica Mitchell; special friend, Raymond Jones; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
