Darise Lynette Bolden, age 60 went to be with the Lord suddenly on January 11, 2016. She was born on February 22, 1955 in Canton, Ohio to the late Mose Bolden, Jr. and Lila Bolden (Parks). Darise graduated from McKinley High School in 1973. After graduation she worked at the Timken Company and retired from the Hoover Company after 30 years of service. Darise was an exceptional basketball player, known for her turn around fade away jumper, that no one could stop. She was also an outstanding softball player and was inducted into the Amateur Hall of Fame in 1983. She enjoyed playing card with her card buddies, going to bingo with her niece who was like a daughter to her, watching her nephews games and hanging out with her brother and sisters on a daily basis. She was great for looking out for her family. They were very close knit. Preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Conrad Bolden. She leaves to cherish her loving memory to her sisters, Wannetta Bolden, Karen Bolden, Lila Walker and Lolitta Givens; brothers, Cornell Bolden and Michael Bolden; nieces, Jacquella (Corey) Lipkins, Miracle Walker and Cheryl Graham; nephews, Eric Bolden, Clarence Jones and Jayson Harper; great niece MyQuella Lipkins; great nephews, Terrel Lipkins, Ja'Corey Lipkins, Isaiah Williams, Damir Jackson, Andre Foutner and Charles Hall, Jr.; friends, Diana Russell, Melissa Hall, Tammace, Jackie and Sandy as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
