Danny F. Wheeler was born June 18, 1954 in Dothan, Alabama, he passed away suddenly on February 8, 2023.  He was born to the late Kermit and Serene Wheeler and to the union of 18 siblings.  He came to Akron, Ohio in 1969.  He was educated in the Akron Public School system.  He had a talent for drawing and playing basketball.  Danny worked 28 years at Permold Medina.  He loved music, bike riding and good food.  He loved his family unconditionally and he will be missed dearly.  May he Rest in Peace.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Kermit and Serene Wheeler, 13 siblings, nieces, Gwendolyn Hobdy, Octavia L. Hobdy-Booker, Cynthia Pope and nephew, Leonte M. Hobdy.

He leaves to mourn his memory, sisters, Diane Wheeler (Caregiver), Gola Mae Foster, Irene Campbell, Ethel Mary Lampley and Catherine McGuire as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
