Daisy Leanna (Clifford) Truitt entered the arms of her Heavenly Father on January 10,  2021.  She was born August 6, 1935 in Baird, Mississippi to the late Sam and Lailure "Lillie" Clifford.  Daisy retired from the Timken Company with more than 30 years of service.  She was  a dedicated member of the Shiloh Baptist Church o f Canton for over 50 years.  Daisy cheerfully served in numerous capacities in the church over the years.

Daisy was a loving, generous person who enjoyed people laughter and the slots.  Daisy will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Guy Truitt, (4) sisters, Sammy l. Dawson, Jessie L. Mingo, Lillie P. Pearl, Evelyn Grafton; (2) brothers, Joseph V. Clifford and William J. Clifford.

Daisy is survived by (2) sisters,  Bette J. Clifford (Hardy Carey Sr. and  Barbara Green; (1) brother, Thomas  W. Clifford (Nenita ) ; special young lady, Sydney Hall, as well as a numerous, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
