Clara Scruggs passed away October 4, 2015. She was born to Son and Emma Jean (Garden) Triplett on May 14, 1952. Raised by Son and her stepmother Bernice Triplett, Clara enjoyed being with her family and she like to cook and to eat. She was without a doubt the life of the party, showing off her dance moves and was known as "the Queen of toasts." Clara also enjoyed her quiet time at home listening to music and you could often find her engulfed in a good book or watching Sponge Bob. To know her is to love her and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Preceded in death by her parents Emma Jean, Bernice and Son Triplett; ex husband, Marvin Scruggs; great granddaughter, Marveiah Williams. She leaves to cherish her loving memory her daughters, Jasmine and Jade Scruggs; special daughter, Crystal Minor; brothers, Son (Punchy) Triplett, Arthur Anderson, of Canton, Norman Anderson of Cleveland, Charles and Eugene Triplett of Mississippi; grandchildren, Alyson, Alan (AJ), Alajuwon, Allyiah Scruggs, Janiece (Paige)McNeal, Keishawn Poole of Canton; great grandchildren, Amya Scruggs, Mylee Williams; special friend, Ed Stearn; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
