Ms. Clara A. Penn, of Pax, West Virginia, was born on April 17, 1929 to the late Robert and Mary Belcher passed away on March 21, 2018 at the age of 88 in Akron, Ohio. Clara served as a nurse at Jerusalem Baptist Church. Clara was preceded in death by her son, Victor Belcher; brother, James Belcher and sisters, Genette and Paulene Belcher. She is survived by her son, Stanley Penn; daughters, Linda Brockman, Blanche Penn, Joni Penn and Karen (Wendell) Mitchell; brother, Robert Belcher Jr.; sisters, Dorah Belcher, Arline (Joe) Nixon and Gladine Belcher; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Celebration of life service will be held on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 12 p.m. at Rhoden Memorial Home 1101 Palmetto Ave., Akron, Ohio 44306. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service. Interment at Mt. Peace cemetery. Pastor Raynell Lawson, officiating.
