Ciera Marie Freeman was born September 17, 1996. She departed this life on June 6, 2019. Ciera was a graduate of McKinley Senior High School and was currently attending Kent Stark. She was formerly employed by Burlington Coat Factory and more recently VXI Global Solutions.

Ciera was preceded in death by her biological mother Jamecca Bryant; paternal grandmother, Jewel Allen Bailey and paternal grandfather, Arthur Bailey. She leaves to cherish her memory adopted mother, Jacqueline Freeman whom she affectionately called grandma; biological father; Arthur Stewart Bailey, Sr.; brothers, Arthur, Jr., John Sankey, Stewart Bailey, Alijah Bailey,  David Barrino, Michael Freeman; sisters, Cherise Freeman, Danyella Freeman; aunt, Holli Kazembe; uncle, Curtis Bailey;  (3) special nieces whom she loved dearly, Tiffany Monique Barrino, Stephany King and Taylor Smith; special nephew, Dominic Barrino; special friends, Lathan Hawkins, Nicki Grimes, Alleya Tavares, Nick Faulkner and Terianna Roane as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
