Cheryl Delores Franklin, affectionately known as Angel was born September 29, 1983 in Akron Ohio to parents Letitia "Trish" Franklin and Johnathan "Butchie" Franklin Sr. The only daughter, she grew up being doted and loved on by all of her family and those around her. As she grew that same love is what she poured out to nourish the hearts and souls of all she encountered.

Angel graduated in 2002 from East high school. In the caring spirit of who she was, she made a career in the healthcare field taking care of others. She was last employed at Cortez Services. Angel adored her family and friends and lived for family events and opportunities to be with everyone making memories. She enjoyed cooking, especially for her daddy. She loved movies, music, reading and trivia. One of her favorite things to do was to recite popular movie quotes where she would challenge those around her to guess the movie. She was fun and enjoyable to be around, the life of every party. Angel's smile was bright and her laughter infectious, enough to bring cheer and brighten the darkest of days. It is the memories that we created with Angel that we will carry as we honor her life and ensure that her memory will live on.

Angel was preceded in death by her mother Letitia(Junius)Franklin; grandparents Virginia Louise Franklin, Delores Junius, Robert Junius Sr.; aunts Cheryl Junius, Margaret Mathews; uncles Richard Powell, Robert Junius Jr.; brother Jonathan Franklin Jr.; nephew Marques Gaves; and Stepmother Catherine Walters.

Angel leaves to cherish her memory father Johnathan "Alicia"Franklin Sr.;brother Jacques Junius; grandmother Mary Singletary; aunts Pauline Junius; Deidra(Ronald) Massey; uncles Wendell Franklin; Geoffrey (Delores) Frankin; nieces Alex, Lakarra, Letitia, Ja'shaela, Zanayah; nephews Jacques Jr., Eric; Robert, Johnathan III, Brandon, Bryce; and a host of special cousins and friends, too many to name.
