Cecil Conrad Manuel age 53, departed this life on March 8, 2018. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Annie Eagleton; mother, Jeanette Bailey; sister, Thomasina Manuel and brother Stanley Wiggins. He leaves to cherish his memories (2) daughters, Celina Manuel (Markest),Terriana Hood; (1) son, Jesse Chenault; father, Frank Manuel (Nette) and Willie Thomas Bailey (Elaine); brothers, Frank Manuel (Kemely), Richard Manuel (Essence), Keith Bailey, Timothy Manuel (Carla), Joseph Wiggins (Charlene), Mark Marshall, Herman McHenry, Derrick McHenry; sisters, Darlene Manuel (Reginald McFadden), Jamiee Manuel, Cheryl Bailey, Tanya Bailey, Patricia Calloway, Linda Allen (Timothy), Laverne Pettiforn (Greg), Janice Williams (Robert), Reda Manuel;(2) grandchildren, Jeremy and Makhia, and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
