Carol Ann Brantley-Muhammad was born August 4, 1944 and went to be with the Lord December 17, 2021 after an extended illness. Carol devoted her whole life to being a homemaker and taking care of her husband Omarr and she attended Akron Public Schools. She worked at Goodwill Industries as a seamstress. Carol loved to travel and hang out with her granddaughter Shatoya Brantley. She enjoyed knitting for her family as well. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Lee and Addie L. Brantley; Brothers, John C. Brantley and Tommy Brantley. She is survived by her beloved husband, Omarr Muhammad of 35 years; Daughters, Velvet (Lawrence) Bell, Monique (XO) Roby and Loleta (Dwayne) Hubbard; Sisters-in-law, Barbara Tibbs and Jessie Cannon; Brother-in-law, Ernest Orr; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends. The family of Carol Muhammad would like to thank everyone for your prayers and acts of kindness shown to the family during this time of bereavement.
