Carol Ann Byrd, went home to be with the Lord with family and friends by her side on October 31, 2017.Born in Barberton, Ohio Carol Ann was loved by all who knew her. Her heart was of gold and her smile and laugh was contagious.Preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Williams and Alma Jean Welch; sister, Betty and one grandchild. Carol Ann leaves to forever cherish her loving memory children, Jeffery Byrd and Beverly Douglas; brothers, Willie Edward, Robert "Rabbit" (Janet) Williams, Gary (Nona) Welch, Leonard (Amanda) Welch, Rodney (Janet) Welch, Anthony "Tony" (Yvonne) Welch sisters, Carrie Louise Welch, Phyllis Welch and Janice "Ree" (Allen) Chambers grandchildren, Jeff Jr. (Lashunta), Deandre (Indya), Dion, Brenton (Samantha), Shana (Mike); seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
