Calvin R. Hunt, 73, after joining the Army and serving in Vietnam, He retired from Chrysler after 37 years of service. Calvin was preceded in death by his parents; John Hunt and Fannie Woods. He leaves to honor and cherish his loving memory his loving wife, Cherlyn Hunt; sons, Charles, Calvin R Hunt Jr., and Avery (Stephanie) Miller; daughters, Vicki and Wendy Hunt; special granddaughter, Cheyanne Hunt; sisters, Dorothy, Ruby, and Odessa Wood; brother, Johnathan Wood; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and six step children. Celebration of Calvin's life will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 1p.m. at Rhoden Memorial Home 1101 Palmetto Ave., Akron, Ohio 44306. Family will recieve friends from 12 p.m. until time of service. Minister Norman Taylor, officiating. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve national Cemetery on Monday, July 18, 2016.
