Bonnie J. Glenn was born March 1, 1933 in Glenn, Georgia to the late Hal B. Glenn and Carrie Jackson Glenn. He departed this life October 9, 2015 at Astoria Nursing Facility.  He joined Stateline Baptist Church at an early age and was a faithful member until relocating to Canton, Ohio at the age of 20.  He worked at Ewing Chevrolet and later was employed at the Timken Company, where he retired after 39 years and 10 months. He became a dedicated member of Antioch Baptist Church where he sang in the male chorus. He was also a member of the Coleman Lodge #13 in Canton, Ohio.  He later married Frances Green, who faithfully dedicated herself in being by his side until his death.  He is survived by five sons; Ricky (Patricia) Zachary of Atlanta, Robin Strickland of California, Ronnie (Brenda) Glenn, Mark Glenn and Anthony (Karen) Stover all of Canton; one daughter Karla Elliott of Canton; four sisters, Matron Askew, Mary Edmondson of LaGrange, Ga., Dorothy Carter of Jonesboro, Ga., Annette Glenn Beeman of Chattanooga, Tn.; sister-in-law Marylin Glenn, of Franklin, Ga.; Bonnie relocated from Glenn, Ga. to Canton, Ohio, Roger Zachary, Joyce Zachary, Artis Zachary of Woodbridge, Virginia, Connie Zachary Chavers, and Willie Glenn and raised them as his own children, as well as Pastor John Glenn; grandchildren, Melissa (Arahn) Hawkins of Atlanta, Ga., Brenton Zachary Glenn of Atlanta, Ga., Tiana, Aaron, Marcus Hudson and Jasamaine Williams of Canton, Ohio , Adrian Stover of Cleveland, Ohio, Shante Elliott  of Canton, Ohio, Freddie Young of Akron, Ohio, Brandon and Angela Zachary of Baltimore, Maryland, Ricky Zachary of Washington D.C. and  Alyssa Strickland of Royal Oak, Michigan; seventeen great grandchildren; step-children, Rosa (Weymouth) Jones of Charlotte, North Carolina, Trisha Bert of Canton, Ohio, Tyrone (Dezandra) Bert of Riverbank, California; step-grandchildren, Elise Martina and Saprese of Charlotte, North, Carolina, Jazmyn Bert, Janiah Marshall, Ja'Quille Cunningham of Canton, Ohio, Malia and Brianna Bert of Riverbank, California Kenny Stovall and Denzel Stovall of Riverbank, California; sister-in-law's, Elister Campbell, Isabell Gulley, Carrie Turner all of Canton, Ohio, Alice Green, Mary (Ken) Mims, and Rebecca Monroe all of Detroit, Michigan; brother-in-law's,   Jessie Benison, McKinley (Irene) Green, Augusta Green, Willie Green and Herman Green all of   Canton, Ohio;  special cousins Pastor Tommie L. ( Teresa) Brewer as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
