Bobbie Jean (Bell) Foster, 76 made a peaceful transition from this earthly life September 6, 2017.  Bobbie will be lovingly remembered by her mother Bettie M. Bell and her children Arminta Bell, Norman (Denise), Sharon, Bernice and Keith Foster; sisters, Evelyn Foster, Kameela Farrakhan, and Edythe Elayne Stinson; (10) grandchildren, (7) great-grandchildren with one on the way and a host of other relatives and friends. Bobbie was a former member of Antioch Baptist Church.  While she lived in Cleveland she became a faithful member of Eagle Wing Baptist Church, serving on the Nurse's Guild and Mother's Board.  Bobbie attended McKinley High School and had worked for Cleveland Public Schools and the Ohio Lottery before becoming a homemaker in which she took great pride in. She loved life and her family.
