Betty J. Williams passed away on September 5, 2016, after a short illness.  She was born on October 23, 1936 in Wetumpka, Alabama, to Lillie Mae Bozeman and Robert J. Nolen. She retired from Akron City (Summa) Hospital's Dietary Department after 42 years of exemplary service.  She was an active member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church where she was a member of the Usher Board, serving as Treasurer until health prevented her from doing so. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Lillie Mae Bozeman and Robert J. Nolen; brothers, Isaiah Nolen and Louis Bozeman; and sister, Tina Nolen. She leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband of 61 years, Adie Williams; daughter, Patricia Williams; son, Terry (Sharon) Williams; grandson, Avery Williams; great-granddaughters, Demari and A'vayha; sisters, Joan Nolen and Margie Williams; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
