Betty Mae White, age 76, of Malvern, Ohio, born January 14, 1939, went home to be with Lord on February 2, 2015. She is now "Absent from the body and present with the Lord!"
Betty retired from GBS in Malvern, Ohio. She loved watching football and basketball, especially if the Cavs were playing, She had a unique sense of humor which made her a favorite to all. Her compassion and love for her family showed every day.
She was preceded in death by her parents Sam Thompson and Sollie Mae Johnson her husband Bunyan C. White Sr., daughter Brenda G. Pryor, two sisters Martha (Larry) Simmons, Claretta Wrght , brother Samuel Simmons and mother ~in law~ Annalee Stephens
Betty leaves to mourn her passing two daughters of Malvern, Eunice Thompson and Kathy White. Six sons; Terrell Thompson, Howard Thompson, both of Malvern, James (Misty) White of Mechanicstown, Bunyan Jr. (Gennie) White , Marquis Garner and Joe Campbell of Canton, Ohio. Three brothers Richard, Archie and Walt Simmons and one sister Sophia Simmons all of Malvern, Ohio.
The apple of Betty's eye was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she loved them and they loved her dearly. Her grandchildren will miss her immensely Jamie (Ashle) Pryor, Mike (Carisa) Pryor, Brandy Pryor, Tyrrea White, Rashanda Johnson, Hilary White and Bryson White, James Long, Heaven Crosby and Brenda White.
Her great~grandchildren whom she prayed for every day, Jalen Graves, Deshia Pryor, Jayvon Graves, Nadia Pryor, Tyson Pryor, Jada Pryor, Aniya and Harmony Long, Jakari and Journee Johnson and one unborn great~grandson.
Betty's dearest friends are Mildred Pryor, Myra Lowery, Karen Pitts and Umba Jean Owens. A special cousin Toni Wilcox, a special son~in~law James Pryor Jr. as well as many other special family, friends, nieces, nephews and cousins.
