Bernice A. Foster, 57, of Canton, Ohio passed on to eternal life unexpectedly on July 16, 2024 following an extended illness. Born September 9, 1966 in Cleveland, Ohio, she relocated to Canton for work in 1999. She was a 1984 graduate of Jane Adams High School and was a dedicated employee at Cleveland Oak & Friction. She retired August 31, 2023 after 30 years of faithful service. Bernice loved her children more than life and lived and breathed for her grandbabies. She would drop everything to help those in need. She was so proud of her nephew Taraz "Show" Hampton; and his entertainment endeavors.  She loved taking day trips to the Amish Country and always dreamed of going to Italy. Bernice was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Bobbie Jean; brother, Kenneth; and honorary sister, Michelle Curry. She is survived by her children, LaWayne (Jennifer) Smith Jr. and Shanice; grandbabies, LaWayne "Trey" and Caden; brothers, Norman (Denise), Keith and Noah; sisters, Arminta Bell, Sharon Jeaneen and Anita; aunts, Evelyn, Elayne Stinton and Virginia Jeffries; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
