Beatrice Sherman, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, November 3, 2017 at the age of 85. She was born in Akron, Ohio to her parents, Frank and Essie Sherman. She was a faithful member of Miracle Revival Fellowship, where she was active in the church for over 50 years and she also sang in the choir. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Essie Sherman; eight brothers and sisters. Left to cherish her loving memory her sons, Nathaniel Sherman and Kenneth(Victoria) Sherman; step-grandchildren, Vickie and Victor; great nephew, Jeff Sherman of Huron, OH; nieces, Trella Chambers, Jessie Carson and Verice Sherman; great nieces, Cinda Chambers and Wanda Bowman both of Akron, OH; special friend, James Noel; caregiver, B.B.; and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins other loving relatives and friends. Special thanks to Wyant Woods Nursing Home for the great care of Beatrice for over 10 years. Celebration of life service will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 12 p.m. at Miracle Revival Fellowship church, 1196 Andrus Street, Akron, Ohio 44301. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service. Pastor Jeff Sherman, eulogist and Pastor J. Michael Martin, officiant. Interment at Mt. Peace cemetery.
