Beatrice Marie Pearson (formerly of Akron, OH) affectionately known as "Mimi" passed away August 23, 2025 at her home in Powell, Ohio. She was born to the late Edgar E and Margie Mae McGowan-Falconer on June 4, 1945 in Akron, Ohio.
Beatrice was married to Earnest Pearson for 56 years and to their union were two children. While rearing her children, Bea worked for BF Goodrich in Akron, Ohio for 15 years and for the State of Ohio for over 10+ years. After retiring from the State of Ohio, Bea continued to enjoy her life of shopping, fine dining and traveling with family. Bea and Earnest traveled regularly and had taken over 30+ cruises.
Bea was a woman of God which was a reflection of her life. She loved the Lord even until her last breath. She spoke of God's grace and his many blessings. Bea was a member of Garden of Prayer C.O.G.I.C. #1 under the leadership of her brother, Elder Billy S. Falconer. She later was a member of Greater Liberty C.O.G.I. C located in Columbus, Ohio under Y.C Cupe. She was also under watch care at Mount Zion located in Columbus, Ohio under Elder Hawkins.
Bea was preceded in death by her father Edgar Sr., mother Margie and brothers Timothy Sr. and Kelvin Falconer.
Bea leaves to cherish her memories, her husband Earnest Sr., son Earnest Jr. (Kim) of Surprise, Arizona; and daughter Juanakee "Keke" (Brian) of Galena, Ohio. Bea also leaves siblings Dorothy (Sollie) Davis of Northport, AL; Edgar (Deborah) Falconer Jr. of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; Billy (Stephanie) Falconer of Shaker Heights, OH; Valarie (James) Smyre, and Elaine Eaton of Thomasville, NC. Bea had 4 grandchildren (Bryn and Brian Ceol, & Sage and Sienna Pearson) who she loved dearly and spoke highly of. She had a host of nieces, nephews and many friends who greatly miss her.
