Barbara Jean Vardiman, 62, went home to be with the Lord on October 14, 2020.    Barbara was born in Akron, OH and remained a life-long resident of the Akron community.   She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Russell E. Vardiman and mother Gwendolyn Jordan.  She leaves to cherish her memory father, Elder Henry Jordan, Jr.; brother, Henry W. Jordan; sister, Gloria D. Jordan; niece, Melissa Edwards; great-niece, Liliana Ogunyemmi; step-daughter and grandchildren Amber N. Mitchell, Taylor I. Mitchell, and Price E. Mitchell.
