Arthur L. Bell, 75, passed away on September 27, 2021.  He was born on November 1, 1945 in Akron, Ohio to Juanita Ryles and Arthur Lee Bell.  He attended North High School and retired from the Akron Water Department after 35 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Elmon D. Moore. He leaves to cherish his memory wife, Jeannette Bell of Akron, OH; son, Anthony (Trina) Arnold of Las Vegas, NV; daughter Arnita Bell of Canton, OH; sister, Marguerite Lynn Jackson of Beverly Hills, MI; 3 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
