Anthony Dwayne Horton, 42, passed away May 16, 2013.  He was a lifetime resident of this community and was employed at Weaver Workshop. Preceded in death by his father Major McNeil and sister Sherita Horton.  He is survived by his mother, Celester Horton; brothers, Michael "Pete" McNeil, Clarence and Bernard Horton; sisters, Pauline Rhymer, Theresa Thornton, Kalista McNeil, Melinda and Leslie Horton; a host of other relatives and friends.
