Annie Pearl
(Kindell) Randle
August 29, 1931 – July 13, 2019
Annie Pearl (Kindell) Randle was born August 29, 1931 to the late John Kindell Sr. and Amanda Reeves-Kindell in Tuskegee, Alabama. She attended elementary schools in the south. Annie married the late Johnny Lee Randle Sr. in 1947 and to that union six children were born. She moved to Canton, Ohio in 1952 where she raised all of her children. Annie worked several jobs, Sugardale Meats, Rold Gold Pretzel Co. and Job and Family Services, but her most important job was taking care of her family. She loved to fish, it was a craft she perfected. She also enjoyed cooking, decorating and playing cards with her family, just sitting around and talking about "the good ole days". Annie loved "The Blues", Z.Z. Hill, B.B. King and Al Green were her favorites. Even when her health was failing, she would come alive to "her Boys", as she called them. Annie loved the Lord and attended several churches in the community. She was faithful until her health prevented her from going. Lastly being a member of N.W. Church of Christ, where she was re-baptized in 2016 under the leadership o Pulpit Minister Lance Lindenberger.
In addition to her parents John Sr. and Amanda Kindell, Annie is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Randle Sr.; her daughter, Bernice Zachary; (2) grandsons, Roger Zachary Jr. and Rickey McDowell; siblings, James Kindell, John Kindell Jr., Oscar Kindell and Louise Gray.
She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory her children: Fannie Randle, Johnny Randle Jr. (Mary), Lesley Randle, Barbara Randle of Pensacola, Florida, Brenda Randle and Jonnie Ruth Lawson; son-in-law, Roger Zachary Sr.; grandchildren, Jeffrey Zachary, Keith Zachary, Karla Zachary, Adrianne Brewer-Grant (Travis), Marlon Brewer (Katrina), Rachel Skillern (Lamont) of Pensacola, Florida, Damon Skillern (Selena) of Honolulu, Hawaii, Shae Flowers, Lamuel Flowers, Shawanna Goodman, Tana Dumas, Andre Knight, Leslie Knight, Leland Ewing, Lesley Randle Jr., Larry Lawson, Leavell Lawson, Stacia Lawson; (42) great– grandchildren; (17) great-great-grandchildren; (2) brothers, Ferrell Kindell (Pep) and Milton Kindell; sister-in-law, Ann Kindell of Atlanta, Georgia, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Annie will be missed deeply and dearly by all who knew her. She had a heart of gold and was a truly beautiful woman.
