Her Life Story

On December 3, 2022, Annie Melissa Finklea went home to be with The Lord at the age of 56.  She was preceded in death by her sister Tara Finklea.

Annie was born on October 25, 1966 to the blessed union of Clarence and Annie Finklea in Akron, Ohio.

She enjoyed buying gifts and spending time with family and friends.  One thing you can say about Annie is that she never met a stranger.  If she walked in the room as a stranger, she came out as a friend.

Annie leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Phylicia Chambers (Chris), parents, Clarence and Annie Mae Finklea, sister, LaMonica Finklea, brothers, Jermain Finklea and Clarence Finklea (Christine), uncles, James and Larry Peterson, aunts, Willia Adams (Lorange) and Willie Tolbert, longtime companion, Lawrence Nurse, best friend, JoAnn Cannon and a host of other relatives and friends.
