My beautiful and loving daughter Andrea Lynn Shropshire affectionally known as "baby sister", "Drea" or "Dreba" entered her journey on November 19, 1980 and finished her race on April 27, 2021. Jesus is so awesome and loving to grant her 40 years of living.

Andrea graduated from John R. Buchtel High School in 1999. Her greatest accomplishment in her life was accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior. Then as she continued her journey her greatest joy was giving birth o her son Dre'Sean Eugene Wells. Dre'Sean gave her a reason to push through the years and stay focused on her reasons to live.

Before Drea took her last breath, she was singing praises unto her Lord and Savior Jesus.

She is preceded in death by her loving father, Andre Lewis Shropshire; loving stepfather, Troy Lucas; grand parents, James Shropshire, Eugene and Pearlie Wells, Jr., and George and Avis Head; great grandparents, Eugene and Hattie Wells, Sr., and Ovell and Gracie Joiner; uncle, Nolan Shropshire; aunt, Sandra Blackman; and special cousin, Raynard Smith.

Andrea leaves to cherish her precious memory, her loving son, Dre'Sean E. Wells; loving mother, Barbara Ann (Wells) Lucas; stepmother, Pamela Shropshire; mama Joyce Williams; sisters, Shanel Denise Shropshire, Troshanda (Gerell) Elie, LaShandra (Jeremy) Butler, Krisna (Marcus) Guyton, Nicole Shropshire, and Anissa Williams; brother, Troy A. Lucas, Jr.; grandparents, Shirley Shropshire, Mrs. Anderson, and Archie and Dr. Barbara Lucas, Sr.; uncles, James (Gwendolyn) Shropshire, Jr., Kenny (Joann) Wells, Charles Wells, Frank (Cheryl) Wells, and James Wells; aunts, Liddie D. Shropshire, Linda George, and Maria Wells; and a host of other relatives and friends.
