Amber Danielle
Evans
March 2, 1983 – July 29, 2025
Amber Danielle Evans went home to be with the Lord on July 29, 2025 after a brief illness.
She was born on March 2, 1983 to Diane and Danny Evans. Amber received her diploma from Timken High School and later attained her STNA License. She had a nurturing spirit, and was a caregiver to many throughout the years. It filled her heart with love and joy to be able to help others. Amber never met a stranger. She always made people feel loved, safe, important, and accepted. Amber opened her heart and her home to everyone, ensuring that nobody ever went hungry or without when she was around. Without question , she was the first one to come running when others were in need, the glue that held the family together, the shoulder that everyone cried on, the one that everyone called at 3 a.m. just to talk, the compassionate listener, a loyal friend, the neighborhood mom, the bonus auntie to all of her friends children, the mediator when needed, and the life of the party. Amber had a smile that would light up a room, her personality was a whole vibe, and the most beautiful blue eyes that would capture your soul. She loved being around people, always ready to host a family gathering, a cookout, a pool party, or just hanging out with family and friends in the kitchen, she loved hard and was equally as easy to love.
Her passion in life were her 4 children and 2 grandchildren. She was not just a mother to her kids, but a mother to many. She always had kids at her house. She fed, clothed, nurtured, and loved everyone's kids as if they were her own. Amber was a phenomenal mother and a proud grandmother. She loved playing with her grandchildren in the pool or even rolling around on the floor with them. She was fiercely protective of her children/grandchildren and did everything she could to give them love and provide a safe home. She provided a home full of life, love, and laughter. Losing Amber produces a huge void in the world in the lives of her loved ones. Amber you are forever loved and will be deeply missed. Spread your wings and fly high our beautiful Angel.
Preceded in death by her grandmothers, Bessie Moran and Marie Sanders; grandfathers, Ronald Moran and Lester Evans; sister, Stacy Evans-Curtice; godson, Da'Vier and special friend, Victoria Lacey.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory her parents, Diane and Danny Evans; (4) children, Tajhon Hawkins, Alajha Hawkins (Aniya), Davion Evans (Alaya), and Avonte Evans-Brown (Elaine); grandchildren, Summer and Ny'arie; sisters, Casey Evans, Jade Evans, and brother, Daniel (Koren) Evans; nieces and nephews, Morgan, Nathan, Brendan, Brianna, Dallas; great nephews, Cameron and Kolton, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
