Mother Alberta Oliver was born in Macon, GA July 24, 1935 .  She was called to eternal life on October 4, 2021.  She was a native of Mobile, AL  and a longtime resident of Akron, OH.  Mother Oliver retired from the Holiday Inn and was a faithful member of Zion Temple Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by mother, Lethaniel Bonner, husband, Jimmy D. Oliver, sons, Gregory L. Haggins and John T. Bryant, and brother, Bennie Haggins.

Mother Oliver leaves to cherish her memory, six children; Bobby (Kimmi) Haggins, Grace Mae Azeez, Voncile Harper, all of Mobile, AL, Leon (Iris) Griffin of Port St. Lucie, FL, Deborah Ann Haggins of Mobile, AL and Detrice (LaQuina) Haggins of Akron, OH; sister Clyde Griffin of Birmingham, AL; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
