Adale Shell, age 88, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 8, 2021.  He was born on June 9, 1933, in Akron, Ohio to the late Calvin and Lydia (Owens) Shell.  After graduating from Central High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged.  Adale retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.  Preceded in death by his wife, Marion, son, Erwin Cartwright, and brother, Theodore (Ted) Shell.  Survived by his sister, Mae Ellen Hubbard, daughters Brenda Hairston and Sharon Shell, sons Anthony (Yolanda) Cartwright, Ricky Shell and Kevin (Tera) Shell and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives.
