Flora Lee (Bolden) Marsh was born in Chattanooga, TN on April 15, 1942. She made her transition from her earthly home on Friday, November 24, 2017 in the care of Hickory Ridge Nursing facility. She spent her childhood in Chattanooga, graduating from Hower High School and relocated to Akron, Ohio during her mid adult life working as a former at Russell Products where she retired from. Flora was very active in church serving as the church financial secretary and pre-school age teacher until her failing health. Flora was loved by many young adults always making everyone feel her love by opening her home and never turning away anyone in need. She loved God and she showed her love by her Christ like attitude towards all. Flora was preceded in death by her husband, Jack L. Marsh; her great grandmother whom helped raise her, Mary Garth; father, Thomas Bolden; mother, Annie Pearl little and her son, Karl Garth Jackson. Flora leaves to cherish her memory her brother, Leroy (Essie) Bolden; her children, Willard (Linda Jackson Jr., Steven Jackson Sr.; daughter, Ylanda Jackson; ten grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; special friend, Renee Matthews; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
