Darnell Wesley, age 94, went home to be with the Lord on October 21, 2017.  He was born in Canton, Ohio on January 6, 1923.  He lived in Canton, Ohio most of his life .  He was a Veteran of the United States Army.  He retired from Republic Steel after 26 years of service. 

Preceded in death by his parents John and Ethel Wesley; step-mother, Mattie Wesley; his loving wife, Hezerine Wesley; (4) brothers and (1)   sister.  He is survived by his sons: Gregory (Wyvonnia), Leon (Brenda), Tyrone (Sherry) all of Atlanta, Georgia and Ervin (Beulah) of Canton, Ohio; (1) sister, Virginia Thomas and (1) brother, Herman Wesley of Massillon, Ohio; (11) grandchildren, (14) great-grandchildren as well  as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
