Elder Wilbur L. Williams 1942-2016, age 73, passed away on September 30, 2016. He was born on October 16, 1942 the son of Blue & Odell Williams. Wilbur was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving family; wife Charlotte Lucas Williams; children, Melanie Williams, Danselle Williams, Alfonza Williams and Wilbur Williams, Jr.; brother, Elder Walter (Lena) Williams; sister, Linda Patterson.
