June 23, 1953, the Lord saw fit to bring to life Mr. Eddie Lee Stinson through the union of the late William Henry and Eula Mae Stinson in Huntsville, AL. The family relocated from Alabama to Wooster, Ohio on February 14, 1965, then after a short time the family moved to Massillon, Ohio. He completed his high school scholastic education graduating from Massillon Washington High School in 1971. July 7, 1975 he began his tenure with Aqua Water Service, where he retired with thirty nine years of service as a Distribution Technician. He solidified his faith by accepting Jesus Christ as his personal savior in 1976. On June 12, 1976 he married the love of his life, Arlene Copeland which he affectionately named her his “Queen”. To this union three children were born. He spared no affection in showing his enormous amount of love for his wife, children, grandchildren, and god-children. Eddie was preceded in death by his son Adrian L. Stinson I; brother,  Leon Stinson; sister, Joyce Hye. Leaving to carry on his legacy and memory are his son Andre L. Stinson; daughter, Arlissa Stinson; daughter-in-love, Ashaki Stinson; grandchildren, Aquyla (KiKi), Asharian (Sugar), Adriann (Pig), Adrian (AJ), Egypt (Tinkerbell), Raeya, Gareon (Skipper) and Bobby; god-children, Sherry Robinson, Shirley Robinson and Angel Settles; beloved siblings, Jim (Clora) Stinson, Nancy (Michael) Elder, Patricia (Demetrius) Cobb, John (Sandra) Stinson, Jerena (Eugene, Sr.) Copeland, and Gloria Cantleberry; former co workers/amigos, Raymond Meanor, Rick Hamet, Todd Watchtel, and Mark Limbeck; special friend who he shared his love of antiques Mrs. Sologe, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
